Terms for working with ZAKI.
Effective and last updated July 12, 2026. Policy version 2026-07-12.v4. By creating an account or using ZAKI, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to accept these terms. If local law requires a higher age or parental authorization, that rule applies. You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your credentials.
The service
ZAKI provides Agent, Chat/Spaces, Minutes, Design, Brain memory, and related account, billing, tool, and integration surfaces. Feature availability, limits, models, integrations, and access controls may change as the service evolves.
AI outputs and your judgment
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review important output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other consequential decisions. ZAKI does not replace qualified professional advice.
Agent actions and approvals
Agent may use tools, connected accounts, files, browser controls, and memory within the permissions and approval posture you choose. You remain responsible for the goals, access, instructions, approvals, and external actions you authorize. Stop, revoke, or narrow access when the context changes.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
ZAKI offers Free, Personal, Pro, and Pro MAX plans. The application shows current checkout availability, recurring price, billing interval, allowance, and renewal terms before payment. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Taxes and payment-provider terms may apply.
Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in content you submit and grant Nova Nuggets L.L.C the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and transform it to operate ZAKI. The Privacy Policy explains memory, profiling, subprocessors, transfers, retention, and deletion. Do not submit content you lack permission to use.
Acceptable use
Do not use ZAKI to break the law, violate rights, bypass safeguards, distribute malware, compromise systems or accounts, facilitate abuse, misrepresent automated output as verified fact, or create unreasonable load. Do not probe or access another user’s account, data, memory, tools, or connected services.
Service and intellectual property
Nova Nuggets L.L.C and its licensors retain rights in ZAKI, its software, brand, design, and service materials. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service under the plan and product state available to you.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access to protect users, the service, or third parties; investigate abuse; comply with law; address payment failure; or enforce these terms. You may stop using ZAKI and request account deletion. Limited records may remain where law, security, fraud prevention, consent, or audit obligations require.
Availability and warranties
ZAKI is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that AI output will be accurate, complete, or fit for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product or law changes. Material changes will use reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply, subject to applicable consent requirements.
